First session will be a 90 minute recruitment strategy session, and the remaining 4 sessions will be 60 minutes to follow up in order to keep track and up to date on your progress. With guidance on email templates, key talking points, and outreach strategies, you'll learn how to approach coaches with confidence. Step 3: Coach Connection & Follow-Up Game Plan Once the groundwork is laid, we assist you in connecting with coaches and maintaining communication. We’ll give you the tools to build and maintain those vital relationships until signing day.
